Frequently Asked Questions

Holy Trinity Essentials

Find answers to common questions regarding our research products, storage, shipping, sourcing, and documentation.

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids connected by peptide bonds. They typically consist of approximately 2–50 amino acids and serve as building blocks of proteins while playing important roles in many biological processes.

Research peptides are synthesized versions of naturally occurring peptides. They are manufactured to precise specifications for use in controlled scientific and laboratory studies.

How should I store my peptides?

Lyophilized peptides:

  • Store at approximately -4°F for long-term storage of up to 24 months.
  • Store refrigerated at approximately 36–46°F for short-term storage of up to three months.
  • Protect from light, moisture, and repeated temperature fluctuations.

Reconstituted peptides:

  • Store refrigerated and protect from light and moisture.
  • Follow any product-specific storage documentation supplied with the research material.
What is peptide reconstitution?

Reconstitution is the process of dissolving a lyophilized, or freeze-dried, peptide powder into a liquid solution using bacteriostatic water or another solvent appropriate for the intended laboratory procedure.

This process allows the material to be accurately measured and utilized in qualified research applications.

What is the difference between lyophilized and reconstituted peptides?

Lyophilized peptides are supplied in a dry, freeze-dried powder form. This format generally provides greater stability and a longer storage period.

Reconstituted peptides have been dissolved into a liquid solution using bacteriostatic water or another suitable laboratory solvent. Once reconstituted, the material must remain refrigerated and has a shorter period of stability.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders generally ship within 1–2 business days.

Shipping services are selected based on the destination, and tracking information is provided once the order has shipped.

Delivery times vary based on location and carrier. Severe weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, or other carrier-related issues may cause unexpected delays.

Where do your products come from?

All orders are shipped from within the United States. However, our products are not manufactured in the United States.

Our products originate from China and are sourced through vendors selected according to our business and supplier standards. Holy Trinity Essentials believes in transparency and does not hide or misrepresent the origin of its products.
