We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, images, quantities, specifications, storage information, and Certificates of Analysis when available.
Product images are provided for identification and presentation. Packaging, color, appearance, or other nonmaterial characteristics may vary.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Holy Trinity Essentials may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, regulatory concerns, or suspected prohibited use.
An order is considered accepted only after it has been reviewed, payment has been confirmed when applicable, and fulfillment has begun.
6. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, promotions, and shipping charges may change without notice before an order is submitted.
If the Request an Invoice payment method is selected, the order will not be considered paid until payment has been received and confirmed. Payment must be submitted within the time stated in the invoice instructions or the order may be canceled.
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or other fees disclosed during checkout.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Holy Trinity Essentials is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Tracking information will be supplied when available. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Responsibility for the package transfers to the purchaser after confirmed delivery to the address supplied during checkout, except where otherwise required by law.
8. Shipping Delays and Unshipped Orders
If an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we may provide a revised shipping estimate and offer the purchaser the opportunity to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order.
Orders that cannot be fulfilled and are canceled before shipment will be refunded as required by applicable law.
9. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Due to product-integrity, storage, and chain-of-custody requirements, completed sales are generally final after an order has entered processing or shipped.
